Department Overview The Senior Data Product Manager (Sales Data) will oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products that power McDonaldu2019s enterprise-wide analytics, insights, and AI capabilities. Based in our Chicago headquarters, this leader will play a pivotal role in delivering data products that align with business priorities, solve meaningful problems, and enhance customer and business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead product development efforts, and help embed a strong product culture centered on Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile delivery, and continuous improvement. Reporting into the Director of Data Product Management, youu2019ll also have opportunities to coach junior product managers and help shape McDonaldu2019s next generation of product talent. Duties Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key data products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Drive market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Define, prioritize, and manage product features, enhancements, and releases. Monitor product performance, user satisfaction, and adoption; leverage insights to drive continuous improvement. Ensure the highest standards of product quality, reliability, and delivery. Develop comprehensive product documentation and communications. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions and functions.
