Responsibilities: - VR Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated IVR applications using object-oriented programming languages, integrating them with various telephony systems and external applications.
- PBX & Telephony Expertise: Work with PBX architecture and telecommunications network services, supporting the smooth operation of call center systems.
- Telephony Integration: Manage web services and integration of telephony systems to other computer systems using protocols like SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, and REST.
- SIP VoIP Troubleshooting: Interpret and troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic, ensuring seamless integration with different SIP telephony systems.
- Speech Recognition Systems: Develop and manage speech recognition systems and grammars to optimize customer service interactions.
- Genesys Cloud: Provide hands-on support and development in Genesys Cloud, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure the optimal functioning of contact center systems.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in IVR development, PBX architecture, and telecommunication network services.
- Proven expertise in Web Services Integration (SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST) within telephony systems.
- Strong background in Software Development using object-oriented programming languages for IVR applications.
- In-depth knowledge of SIP-based VoIP traffic troubleshooting and integration.
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud platform and associated tools.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX Professional, Architect, and Scripting are highly desirable.
- Previous experience with Genesys Engage Certifications.
