Role: Sr IT Technical Project Manager - Network Operations Center (NOC) Experience Preferred Location: Remote (PST Hours Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr IT Technical Project Manager to support one of our direct clients. This role will focus on process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and project delivery within a technical and network operations environment. Candidates with experience in Network Operation Center (NOC), MSPs, and ServiceNow will be given priority. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving acumen, and the ability to drive highly collaborative projects in a dynamic environment.

Years of Experience:

10+ years in project management roles

5+ years in technical environments with cross-functional team collaboration

Technology Requirements:

General understanding of NOC operations and network PM work

Familiarity with ServiceNow (Preferred)

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Degree or Certifications Required:

No mandatory certifications: experience is key

PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications are a plus

Drive cross-functional collaboration and meetings across various teams

Maintain accurate project schedules, track deliverables, and report project status

Lead process changes initiatives and ensure optimization across departments

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams

Ensure all projects are aligned with strategic goals and remain on track

Provide timely updates, escalations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Balance multiple concurrent initiatives while keeping attention to detail
