IT PROJECT MANAGER Position Summary: Our Client a Fortune 150 company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
IT Project Manager to lead and execute technology initiatives that drive business success. In this role, you will oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and provide clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead, plan, and execute IT projects while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to execute project tasks effectively.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project milestones, analyze performance, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions and maintain vendor relationships.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies to optimize workflow.
- Support the development of training materials and end-user documentation in collaboration with support teams.
- Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of IT project management experience, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (SAFe preferred), and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, TargetProcess, or similar platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, real estate, banking or real estate is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
