THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: We are seeking a highly experienced Sr IT Analyst with 7-10 years of expertise in Enterprise Merchandising Systems. The Sr Analyst should have experience in areas of Master Data, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Forecast and Replenishment Planning, Pricing, and Finance Integration.
The Merchandise Planning Systems Sr IT Analyst will have functional, technical, and configuration responsibility for the implementation and support of ULTA's Merchandise Planning and Operations Systems. Merchandise Planning solutions include Demand Forecasting and Inventory optimization, Enterprise Planning, and Allocation systems, and Assortment Optimization. These systems will integrate with SAP Master Data, SAP MM, SAP IM, and SAP Pricing, along with integrations with other systems. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our inventory and merchandising processes.
The ideal candidate will Collaborate with business, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and improvements. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position will be part of a high-performing team in the Merchandise Planning Systems group.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL THESE GOALS BY: 7-10 years of experience working with merchandising systems, specifically Demand Forecasting and Inventory optimization system, Planning and Allocation Solutions. Serve as IT System Matter Expert (SME) for the Merchandise Planning Systems. Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of merchandising systems. Oversee end-to-end distribution center and store replenishment functions to ensure efficient and effective flow of inventory. Core Technical Skills: Strong SQL knowledge, Linux, UNIX, Oracle database, Shell Scripting. Experience with and strong understand of data integration using APIs, SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) and TIBCO. Good understanding of batch jobs and their dependencies. Articulate and communicate complex business problems and solutions across various business and stakeholder teams. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for optimizing merchandising operations. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures. Provide overall functional and technical guidance, leadership, and solid execution of Merchandise Planning projects and processes. Provide Functional and Technical Design oversight and coordination of activities across. Lead end-to-end design from project conception through deployment; manage solution design reviews, project gateway approval, security deployment, and overall project's solution design. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: - BS Degree or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

The pay range for this position is $100,900.00 - $171,300.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
