Expected salary range of $115,200 to $128,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

As an IT Business Manager Analyst, you will play a crucial role in aligning IT initiatives with the organization's overall strategy and business objectives. Serving as a liaison between IT and other departments, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department and its seamless integration into the broader organizational framework. Expected to work under minimal supervision.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Liaison between IT and other departments: Act as a vital link between IT and different departments, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that IT initiatives contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in formulating and implementing IT strategies and plans by leveraging financial insights to optimize resource allocation. Prioritize IT initiatives and projects based on their potential impact and value to the organization's strategic goals.
  • IT Architecture Evaluation: Utilize your knowledge of IT architecture to evaluate existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the IT infrastructure aligns with industry best practices. Make recommendations for enhancements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Budgeting and Compliance: Contribute to the budgeting process by providing insights into IT requirements and resources. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, minimizing organizational risk.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years' experience in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis ability.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with remote project teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Utilize understanding of customer's business needs to determine requirements.
  • Apply technical expertise to plan, design, build or support required products and processes.
  • Help other team members learn appropriate theories, practices and principles that relate to their skill set portfolio.
  • As assigned, manage budget for area of responsibility.
  • As assigned, manage working relationship with outsourcing partners.
