Candidates sought to provide on-site support to the ACO Advanced Resilience portfolio in support of the strategic vision of the Deputy Director, DARPA ACO-AR. Successful candidates will be expected to provide thorough intelligence analysis and collection management expertise to the ACO-AR Deputy Director and the subordinate lines of effort within the office, based on a critical examination of available exquisite intelligence. The candidate will also be responsible for providing highly analytical briefings to the DARPA ACO-AR program teams and Deputy Director, as well as driving the ACO-AR collection management requirements process. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the intelligence cycle and a background in writing intelligence requirements at one of the 18 intelligence community components, the experience of reading and analyzing highly technical and exquisite intelligence reporting, and technical knowledge of defensive cyber operations processes and procedures. Exemplary candidates have demonstrated an ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next-generation cyber research and previous work experience having worked for the DoD or IC components. Requirements:
• 5 - 10 years of experience with reading/analyzing exquisite CAP intelligence products
• Experience in producing highly compartmented intelligence products
• Experience with writing PIRs, SIRs, EEIs, KIQs
• Prior experience working in the intelligence community
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work with little oversight to take abstract problems, provide detailed analysis, and generate recommendations, both individually and as part of a team managing a DARPA research and development program Desired Capabilities and Characteristics:
• Graduate of either a military intelligence course or agency intelligence course
• Intelligence Community-recognized certification (CDASA-I or CDASA-II, CCMP-F, IFPC)
• Experience with analysis of near-peer adversarial threats
• Experience reading and producing all-source intelligence products
• Experience with DOD cyber security activities
• Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to proofread and perform quality control on technical documents and briefing slides
• Excellent communication skills - both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral - and demonstrated ability to concisely summarize and efficiently communicate essential elements of a concept quantitatively and comprehensively
• Proficient in office software use, including Microsoft Office Suite Clearance: DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. The ability to obtain and maintain a CI or FS polygraph.
