FWI is building a team to support NNSA's cybersecurity mission by providing Information Assurance services to protect the Nation, our allies, and our partners through a resilient and responsive nuclear security enterprise. As a Sr. Information Assurance Team Lead, you will lead a team of cybersecurity subject matter experts providing management support focused on Information System Security Officers and Information System Security Managers while ensuring internal processes meet federal requirements and contractual obligations. Position is contingent upon successful contract award Work Schedule and Location: On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at NNSA headquarters in Washington, DC. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals supporting NNSA's Information Assurance activities Oversee resource allocation and management for Information System Security Officers, Information System Security Managers and Authorizing Official Designated Representatives Document, organize, communicate, assess, and review internal processes subject to federal requirements, contractual obligations, and external audits Ensure day-to-day operations support NNSA OCIO and Federal stakeholders Supervise the development and maintenance of cybersecurity documentation for approximately forty information systems and major applications Coordinate RMF activities including security control implementation, assessment, and authorization Support internal and external cybersecurity assessments and audits Collaborate with Cyber Operations, IT Operations, Mission Integration, and other NNSA entities Qualifications Active Top Secret security clearance CISSP, CISM, or equivalent DoD 8140 professional certification Prior experience leading cybersecurity teams, preferably Information Assurance Teams Experience in federal government, preferably with DOE/NNSA or similar agencies is desired FWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
