Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a
Sr. HR Systems Analyst to join an innovative and future-focused team helping American families secure their financial futures. This is a fully
hybrid (3 days/week) role located in
Frederick, MD. Requirements of the Sr. HR Systems Analyst: - Oversee the deployment of solutions, including enhancements, projects, and new applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Design, build, and deliver global HCM systems, integrating them with existing systems as needed.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and various departments to ensure systems for regulatory reporting comply with federal, state, and local legislation.
- Identify automation opportunities and partner with the HR team to design and configure efficient, scalable end-to-end processes.
- Implement HR technology solutions, including building interfaces, system enhancements, and integration projects.
- Lead project planning, execution, and maintenance related to major upgrades and system implementations.
- Develop and maintain HR and executive dashboard metrics, management reports, scheduled reports, and other ad-hoc reporting to empower leaders to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications of the Sr. HR Systems Analyst: - 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, preferably with Ceridian's Dayforce product, including implementing system upgrades, integrations, and creating dashboards.
- Experience working in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment, balancing agility, performance, and customer-centric approaches.
- HRIS implementation experience (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Tableau and/or Power BI (preferred).
- Experience working in a global organization (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation of the Sr. HR Systems Analyst: - Salary range: $104,000-$140,000 based on experience
