Our Fairlawn, OH location is seeking a Sr HR Operations Analyst to join our team. Are you ready to shape the future with us? THE POSITION Sr HR Operations Analyst, ContiTech USA, LLC, Fairlawn, OH: Acts as central point of contact for Business Area Industrial Solutions Americas (BA IAM) covering 5 countries: US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Chile. Evaluates and publishes monthly the defined KPIs and Operating Figures. Involved in projects across facilitating regions like labor costs, diversity and succession planning. Interacts with customers to answer questions and provide assistance in the completion of standardized HR transactions and also dealing within customer issues. Maintains (electronic) personnel records and researches data to verify employment and salary records. Inputs required data into the HR system for maintaining, payroll, organizational management, recruiting, GHR, etc. Supports Compensation team as needed. Represents the BA IAM in sector and corporate meetings and cascades down information to IAM locations and IAM leadership level. Prepares BA reports for labor agility and promotes benchmarking across locations. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%. Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Working as Human Resources (HR) Generalist, HRBP or Talent Acquisition in a global organization; Utilizing HR analytics to assess workforce trends, forecast future staffing needs, and support the development of strategic workforce plans; Utilizing technology to generate detailed reports for tracking KPIs related to HR functions; Analyzing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making; and Problem-solving in a customer-facing role. Must have 2 years of hands-on experience with the following technologies: SAP SuccessFactors; and At least one (1) applicant tracking system. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
