Overview Maimonides is seeking a Senior Human Resources Data Scientist to drive workforce intelligence and digital innovation in our HR department. In this pivotal role, you'll blend advanced technical capabilities in data science and modeling with strategic HR insights to transform complex workforce data into actionable intelligence that shapes our talent management, diversity initiatives, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities- Design and develop advanced data models supporting predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead the architecture of HR Data Lakes integrating PeopleSoft, Kronos, ATS, and other platforms
- Build and validate machine learning models addressing turnover, engagement, and equity analysis
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards delivering actionable intelligence to leadership
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based tools
- Mentor HR Data Analysts while championing data quality and governance
- Translate complex data findings into strategic business recommendations
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, HR, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 2 years progressive experience in HR data science or workforce analytics
- Proven experience with data modeling and Data Lake implementation
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong data storytelling abilities to communicate insights effectively
- Experience with HR systems (PeopleSoft, Kronos, ATS) and enterprise data integration
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to data accuracy and compliance
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are a plus but not required.Pay Range USD $105,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
