Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr HR Data Analyst :
- Design and enhance Power BI dashboards using data visualization best practices.
- Partner with HR partners and functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable HR analytics projects.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR data sources and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Prepare and stage data for analysis, including data wrangling, cleaning, transforming, merging, and modeling.
- This role is initially for 2 months with potential to extend.
Required Skills for Sr HR Data Analyst :
- 5 years of relevant work experience with data and analytics.
- In-depth experience with Power BI (DAX, modeling, measures, automation).
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the capability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leaders and non-experts both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., PivotTables, Vlookup).
- Bonus points for experience with Workday, SQL or Python, or experience working with data warehouses like Google BigQuery.
