This role is available at our Bellevue, WA headquarters and will ask for majority of time to be spent in office with the Brand Senior Leadership Team and the Senior Executive Assistant Team. Role reports directly to SVP Brand, and has dual or dotted line accountability to Senior Executive Assistant in MIX.
Certificates/Security Clearances/OtherEducation: - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Work Experience: - 7-10 years of experience supporting senior executive leaders is a requirement.
- T-Mobile experience preferred
- Experience with Workday and OrgPlus is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required

Base Pay Range: $31.71 - $57.20
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Excellence: Partner with SVP Brand, Biz Ops, Brand Ops and other Executive Assistants and Senior Executive Assistants to provide high-level administrative support, using active listening skills, attention to detail, sound independent judgment and initiative.
- Executive Liaison: Establish trust and a consistently professional, positive rapport and relationships with SVP Brand and Brand Leadership Team. Interpret and communicate the executive's intent to other leaders, always handling sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Executive Brand Management: Drive consistent positive representation of the personal and professional brand of the SVP Brand and the Brand Leadership Team across T-Mobile in daily interactions and communications with peers and colleagues.
- Schedule Management: Handle the SVP Brand's schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel, and conference calls.
- Expense Management: Handle the SVP Brand's expenses in timely manner and within the expense policy.
- Approvals. Help SVP Brand stay on top of team approvals in Workday and various other T-Mobile platforms related to procurement, finance, and HR / contract workers.
- Relationship Management and Enterprise Collaboration and Teamwork: Establish trust and a consistently professional, positive rapport and relationships with Senior Executive Assistants across T-Mobile, including all Senior Executive Assistants supporting SLT / EVP leadership and Executive Assistants supporting SVP and VP level leaders across divisions, functions and LOBs.
- Ongoing Project Management: Work under minimal supervision on complex projects, assisting less experienced peers and ensuring timely completion.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate needs and run a tight ship, ensuring smooth operations and quick responses to emerging challenges.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct special research and data analysis tasks, compile data, and prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Team Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, organize and implement Brand Team Quarterly Townhalls and Director+ Meetings and Team Activities, 1H / 2H Brand Workshops and annual Team Offsites in partnership with facilities, event planning, tech teams, Biz Ops and Brand Operations. Complete under deadline and within set budgets.
- Team Administrative Support: Support the broader Brand Leadership team by maintaining up to date org charts, team email lists, teams group chats, facility restacks, and other team-based administrative activities.
- Team Morale: Organize team events to boost team morale - morning breakfasts, coffee chats, garage sales, TMO ticket distribution, etc.
