Department Overview We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Global Technology Senior Director to deliver enterprise technology into individual strategic markets. This leader will play a meaningful role in preparing markets for technological change, leading legacy integrations and retirements, while serving as the voice of the program across successive deployment waves. Why Join Us + Lead transformative global technology initiatives + Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment + Competitive compensation and benefits + Opportunities for career growth and impact Key Responsibilities + Lead the deployment of enterprise technology solutions into strategic markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and priority within the given markets. + Partner with market leaders to assess readiness and lead change initiatives. + Oversee integration and decommissioning of legacy systems with minimal business disruption. + Act as the main liaison between the program team and market collaborators, clearly communicating objectives, progress, and risks. + Develop and complete adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation. + Monitor program performance and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. + Promote a culture of innovation and multi-functional collaboration. Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Masteru2019s preferred. + 15+ years in technology leadership, with a focus on enterprise delivery and organizational change. + Shown success in leading large-scale, global technology programs. + Deep understanding of legacy system integration and retirement. + Good communication and partner engagement skills. + Strategic attitude with executional excellence. + Experience in a global, matrixed organization is a plus. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
