What You'll Be Doing:
Workforce Collaboration Services leverages several technologies including Microsoft 365 Platform to enable Lilly's global workforce to collaborate effectively and maximize productivity. Key products the team delivers include Email and Calendaring, Content Collaboration, Voice Tech Services, Conference Room Tech Services, Power Platform, and Meeting and Event Services including Lilly Productions. Lilly Productions is responsible for live broadcasts of executive town halls, Lilly Connect/Check-In, and when Lilly's execs are interviewed by network TV shows.
As Sr. Director of Workforce Collaboration Services, you will be at the forefront of providing strategy, design engineering operation and financial management for all workforce collaboration services. The leader of Workforce collaboration is responsible for introducing new innovative capabilities within a fast-paced, global setting.
Lead a Team in the Delivery of Projects and Services
- Allocate resources (headcount and budget) across projects and services.
- Ensure delivery of projects and services consistent with business processes.
- Periodically assess progress and success based on set strategic goals and key business outcomes.
Technical & Domain Expertise
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest Lilly and external technological advancements.
- Define strategies and objectives using domain and technical expertise to set bold direction and increase business impact through technology.
- Lead a team in the delivery of projects and services using domain and technical expertise to elevate the speed, innovation and quality of solutions.
- Manage stakeholders, business and/or to lead with technology innovation and solutions.
What You Should Bring:
- Strong skills in leadership/influence, planning/organizing, and communication.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and team-building skills (e.g., effective coaching and feedback).
- Project and/or service management experience.
- Understanding and experience with Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Understanding of financial processes for strategic and business planning, and direct oversight of a budget. Experience with procurement and contract processes is a plus.
- Successful record of high quality, user-focused IT project and service delivery with demonstrated business value.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ Prior Leadership experience.
- 10+ years of Information Technology experience

- Position located in Indianapolis.
- Travel may be required periodically.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$154,500 - $226,600
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
