Summary

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will be the key figure in managing and enhancing Kingspan Insulation's digital presence and marketing analytics. This individual will oversee the updating of web content, management of third-party websites, and optimization of our web presence through effective SEO strategies. A core aspect of this role involves monitoring and analyzing data to drive strategic marketing decisions and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Web Content Management: Regularly update and optimize content on the company's website using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Third-Party Website Management: Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and content accuracy across external platforms.
  • SEO & Keywords Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance visibility and ranking, leveraging tools like SEMRush.
  • Marketing Data Analysis: Monitor marketing performance (campaigns, digital channels, etc.) through Adobe Analytics, developing comprehensive reports and dashboards to guide marketing decisions.
  • ROI Reporting: Generate and analyze ROI reports, providing actionable insights for strategy improvements.
  • Strategy Recommendations: Use data-driven insights to suggest and implement strategy adjustments to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with broader company objectives.
  • Platform Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics for CRM-related tasks and analytics integration.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics and content management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Analytics, and SEMRush.
  • Advanced understanding of SEO, keyword research, and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data and metrics.
  • Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple initiatives.
