Sr Developer with Security Clearance

hybrid position, must sit onsite 2 days a week at Herndon, VA or College Park, MD locations Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Developing solutions using Microsoft Platforms i.e., ASP.NET/JAVA, C , Oracle.

• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, policies, and procedures, including government contracting practices, bidding processes, and vendor management

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and design practical and efficient solutions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levels

• Experience leading functional design workshops, conducting requirements gathering sessions, and delivering presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders

• Knowledge of Oracle.

• Mentors project staff and provide direction to accomplish project's goals.

• Provides staff with technical directions, recommendations, or advice as needed.

• Makes presentations to groups and clients as required.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
