Title: Senior Developer
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Eastern or Central time zones)
Description:
We are seeking a Senior Developer to contribute to reinsurance and catastrophe modeling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in software development, a deep understanding of reinsurance processes, and experience working in Agile environments. This role involves both technical and team collaboration responsibilities to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance software solutions to support reinsurance and catastrophe modeling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
Provide technical expertise in coding, debugging, and system design.
Document project requirements, processes, and outcomes.
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating team collaboration and project execution.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in software development using C .
Over 3 years of experience in reinsurance processes.
At least 2 years of experience in catastrophe modeling.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Compensation:
Salary: 160-180k base plus bonus/annual
