This role plays a critical part in testing, diagnosing, and resolving software issues across clinical systems and enterprise platforms. You'll ensure performance and functionality in Citrix-based applications, support seamless integration with hardware, and help maintain secure and optimized environments. This role serves as a key escalation point for desktop image builds and directly collaborates with the engineering team to ensure excellence in IT delivery.

The background that fits:
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Deep understanding of Citrix Workspace, Imprivata SSO, and 3rd party medical/business applications
  • Strong Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with application testing, regression testing, and quality assurance methodologies
  • Proven ability to build, document, and execute test plans and performance scripts
  • Excellent diagnostic skills in virtualized environments and SSO platforms
  • Strong communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for working cross-functionally
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
