Sr. Database Programmer/Analyst to work in Alrlington,VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for economic and statistical data analysis and production methods in support of the Army Housing Program to respond to the growing need for quality affordable housing and barracks for Soldiers and Families
Job Requirements: Delivering expertise and analysis specifically focused on:
- Engineering, Analysis and Research
- Inventory/Real Property/Facility Investment
- Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate Submission (BES)
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Management
- At least five (5) years' experience in economic and statistical data analysis, production methods, inventory and cost analysis, and development of economic programs
- Knowledge and familiarity with OACSIM business systems a plus

Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, VISTA will consider only applicants with Secret security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
