- Pricing experience (must have)

- Property and casualty experience
Job description:
- Data acquisition
- Model deployment

- Data acquisition and engineering
- Data pipelines and automation
- Productive analytics
- Model Building:
- Develop pricing models to assess expected risk and profitability
- Work closely with actuaries to ensure models meet underwriting standards
- Present models to various stakeholders, including chief actuaries and business leaders
- Ensure models align with underwriting appetite and include buyouts
Requirements: - Experience:
- Strong background in insurance, preferably with domain expertise
- Ability to build and run models from Day 1
- Deep understanding of insurance to navigate complex modeling tasks
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Graduate degree in math or statistics
