Insight Global is hiring for a Sr. Data/Finance Analyst to join a growing advertising services firm in Newport Beach, CA.
Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660 (Hybrid, 3x/week)
Pay Range: $120,000 to $140,000
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of professional experience in data/finance analysis
- 2+ years with Tableau Desktop (calculated fields, LOD formulas)
- Extensive experience with large, complex data sets and database literacy- analyzing, validating, and cleaning data
- Advanced Excel skills Strong financial modeling knowledge
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills for C-suite interactions
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Fully managing multiple campaigns and clients by serving as the lead for all financial and operational reporting; analyzing, reporting, and driving sales and profitability.
- Validating and managing challenging data sets to deliver accurate, clear, and concise reports and analysis.
- Working as the key contact with clients to analyze the success of campaigns, recommend strategic improvements, manage datasets, and resolve discrepancies.
- Working closely with executive teams, sales teams, and internal finance and analytics teams.
- Developing financial and operational targets/goals with executives and clients.
- Utilizing strong data and modeling skills to build pro-forma P&Ls, analyze compensation structures, identify trends, build forecasts, explain processes and techniques, and recommend actions.
