Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Data Engineer to drive the implementation of our Data Strategy and Initiatives. This role is both hands-on and strategic, focusing on scalable solutions that support internal teams and external clients across the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical data engineering
  • Strong preference for startup healthcare technology experience
  • Proven expertise in infrastructure engineering
  • Advanced experience with the modern data stack
  • Deep understanding of data privacy and security standards
  • Strong collaboration skills with product engineering teams
Key Responsibilities Data Pipeline Development & Integration
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes
  • Engineer data pipelines for near real-time reporting
  • Develop data solutions for performance measurement
  • Analyze and engineer customer pattern data
  • Design and implement third-party integrations
  • Implement FHIR/HL7 data exchanges
Data Warehousing & Database Management
  • Design scalable data warehouse and self-serve solutions
  • Implement and optimize performant data models
  • Develop connections for 1st and 3rd party data sources
  • Handle structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
  • Create standard APIs for data access
  • Manage client and pharmacy data flows
  • Execute on a 5-year data strategy roadmap
