We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to design, create, deploy, and manage the firm's data architecture, including database systems, data management, and data security. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization's data strategy and ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions.
Responsibilities: - Design and implement data architecture solutions to support business objectives.
- Develop and manage database systems, data pipelines, and data security measures.
- Ensure data governance, including catalog management, metadata, lineage, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement end-to-end data solutions.
- Optimize ETL pipelines, scheduling, and orchestration for efficient data engineering.
- Utilize cloud technologies, including AWS, Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Spark.
- Implement CI/CD best practices, infrastructure as code (IaaS), and automated testing.
Required Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience in similar technology (excluding training period).
- At least 5 years of on-site client experience in a similar technology and domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Preferred Skills: - Expertise in AWS services such as S3, EC2, and Lambda.
- Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Spark.
- Strong background in data engineering, including ETL pipeline design and orchestration.
- Knowledge of data governance, catalog management, metadata, and lineage.
- Experience in automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaaS), and automated testing.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to ideate, strategize, and implement comprehensive data solutions.
