Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Data Analyst to support the development of a loyalty program for loyalty members of a large retail enterprise. This role requires strong technical expertise in SQL and Tableau, along with the ability to think critically and work independently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating large datasets within an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret transaction, customer, and pricing data to support business initiatives.
Design and develop ETL processes, stored procedures, and perform complex SQL calculations.
Build and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards using LOD expressions, table calculations, window functions, and dynamic parameters.
Troubleshoot data issues, reconcile discrepancies, and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver insights with minimal supervision.
Consolidate findings into actionable dashboards that drive business decisions.
Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and business processes (approx. 20% of time for onboarding and learning).
Compensation:
$54/hr to $64/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
- SQL: Intermediate to advanced level. Must be able to write complex queries, develop ETL pipelines, and perform logical data transformations.
- Tableau: Intermediate to advanced level. Proficiency in building sophisticated dashboards and visualizations beyond basic charts.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data validation, and data reconciliation techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
