We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business/Product Analyst with experience in vehicle service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing dashboards and reports, and providing actionable insights to support business and product decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau, and a solid understanding of business processes in vehicle service domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities - Analyze operational data from vehicle service processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with product, operations, and technology teams to enhance ERP system capabilities and service performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Tableau to support day-to-day decision-making
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions; provide recommendations to stakeholders based on data insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics, measure product and service performance, and support roadmapping
- Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting and analytics systems
- Stay current with industry trends in vehicle service, analytics, and ERP tools to continuously improve internal practices
Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in a business or product analyst role, preferably in vehicle service, automotive, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong understanding of vehicle service operations, including workflows, service scheduling, and maintenance tracking
- Hands-on expertise with Tableau (dashboard creation, visualization best practices)
- Strong SQL skills (data extraction, cleaning, aggregation, and joining from multiple sources)
- Excellent communication skills - ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Expected Compensation
$108,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
