Hiring for a Sr. Customer Service Represntative with prior experience in the medical device manufacturing or other contract manufacturing industries. Must have at least 3 years of customer serivce expeirence in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing (CMO) environment. Also looking for someone with exprience in recieiving inbound communication from customers.

Job Description: - Serve as the primary customer liaison, providing in-depth product and service support while addressing technical inquiries and order specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processing and fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining alignment with project requirements.
- Handle escalated concerns with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with appropriate departments.
- Evaluate historical order patterns and market trends to contribute to competitive and precise pricing strategies.
- Oversee the processing of customer orders, verifying accuracy and compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Develop reports on client interactions, customer feedback, and service metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.
- Support internal and external audit preparations, acting as a subject matter expert on customer service protocols.
- Lead process enhancement efforts, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or 5+ years of customer service experience in a technical or contract manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer engagements with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MRP/ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing service enhancements.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly language.
