Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms , is seeking a Partner /Of Counsel/ Senior Counsel attorney to join their Orange County Labor and Employment Litigation team in Newport Beach (link removed) This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a significant role within a well-respected practice, with no portable book of business required (link removed)> The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious and eager to contribute to the firm's long-term succession plan.

Candidate Profile:

•  
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

•  
Active California Bar Admission , in good standing.

•  
9+ years of substantive experience handling all aspects of individual FEHA cases (link removed)>

•  
Strong litigation and case management skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.

•  
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

•  
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

•  
Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters , with a focus on individual FEHA cases (link removed)>

•  
Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

•  
Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation (link removed)>

•  
Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions (link removed)>

•  
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
