This is a key hands-on role supporting equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and control system optimization in a high-volume production environment. Why Apply?

•   Program and troubleshoot PLCs (ControlLogix) , HMIs , VFDs , and motor control systems
•   Lead electrical maintenance and support equipment upgrades
•   Develop control system standards and ensure equipment runs efficiently
•   Collaborate on facility expansion or equipment improvements What We're Looking For:
•   5+ years of experience in industrial controls , ideally within food manufacturing
•   Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix , HMI development, and electrical schematics
•   Knowledge of instrumentation , VFD/pump control , and motor wiring
