Job Title: Sr Cloud Based Java Developer
Location: Minnetonka, MN Hybrid
Type : Contract

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop: Create and maintain backend services and applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Project Leadership: Lead software development projects from planning to deployment.

• Mentorship: Mentor and support junior engineers to enhance overall team performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability.

• Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in Java and Spring Boot.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management. Proficiency with version control tools like Git.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS.

• Innovation: Ability to develop new methodologies to improve software development processes.

• Leadership: Experience in leading software development teams or projects.
