What you will be doing: - Lead policy management, including changes, endorsements, and renewals.
- Take ownership of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)-issuing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy.
- Drive billing and accounts receivable solutions, helping clients navigate their policies seamlessly.
- Maintain data integrity in AMS360 and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Be the trusted advisor clients rely on by handling inquiries and coordinating with carriers.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and compelling client proposals.
- Inspire and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
What you must have: - Experience: 3-5 years in Commercial Lines service (Bachelor's degree) or 5+ years (HS diploma/GED).
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License (AINS preferred).
- Skills & Strengths:
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, adaptable approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, AMS360, and familiarity with Asana and Worldox.
Salary/Rate Range: $70,000 -$90,000
