A boutique RIA managing assets for a select group of ultra-high-net-worth families is seeking a highly capable Sr. Client Service Associate to join their tight-knit, high-performing team. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with sophisticated clients and complex accounts. You'll be responsible for executing wires and trades, managing account openings across entity types, preparing subscription documents for alternative investments, and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident on the phone, and committed to the long-term growth of the firm.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 / year DOE

Sr. Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
  • Manage all money movement across client accounts with precision and security
  • Handle documentation and process improvements for opening complex entity accounts
  • Prepare and complete subscription documents for private equity, venture capital, and direct investments
  • Serve as a key point of contact to resolve client service issues quickly and professionally
  • Accurately maintain client data in Salesforce and Outlook
  • Execute trades, especially money market transactions, per client direction
  • Field client calls confidently and take initiative in resolving concerns
  • Proactively identify and implement efficiency improvements across client service operations
  • Assist with compliance tasks and maintain organized client records
  • Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Sr. Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Client Service Associate within an RIA, private bank, or wire house
  • Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills-both verbal and written; comfortable and professional on the phone
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience using Schwab Advisor Center and completing subscription documents is a major plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must be local to Los Angeles or willing to commute daily
