Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise and mentor associate-level engineers and guide them through project activities
- Develop in-house plans and/or reviews designs for construction projects
- Coordinate design work with external stakeholders
- Attend project scope field reviews
- Prepare plans, design, and revisions to solve plan implementation
- Advises offices, consulting firms, and public sector entities with projects/problems in assigned area of expertise
- Operate vehicle to travel throughout district to conduct field reviews of project implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience
- Holds a P.E. (Professional Engineer certification)
- Experience utilizing MicroStation
- Experience utilizing other design software s such as CADD, GeoPack, and ORD
- Knowledge of standard safety practices
