Sr. Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead - Client Solutions - BIDADS
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead to join our growing team. This client-facing role will be instrumental in delivering data-driven insights and solutions to healthcare and pharmaceutical clients while leading strategic BI initiatives for the product flywheel. This role will report to the Executive Director of Data Strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client-facing analytics initiatives and product flywheel output for analytics
- Design and implement reporting solutions that provide insights and drive business value for external healthcare clients
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for client programs
- Develop data visualization and performance dashboards
- Drive a product and client data-driven culture
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and standards
- Active role in client QBRs and reporting of performance to contracted SLA
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Metabase, Domo)
- Strong SQL data warehousing and technical product design expertise
- Experience with healthcare data systems and integration
- Ability to create business case, evaluate ROI, process optimization, FMV, etc for data solutions and product flywheel outcome
- Knowledge of healthcare analytics best practices and industry standards
- Strong technical knowledge base to effectively collaborate with engineering, infrastructure and analytics
Business & Consulting Skills:
- Excellence in client communication and presentation
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Program management with ability to manage a product roadmap and external client pipeline
- Healthcare industry knowledge including terminology and workflows
- Understanding of pharmaceutical value chain and patient journey
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with specific focus in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry analytics
- Proven track record of client-facing consultation and analytics delivery
- Strong background in healthcare data management, dashboard, performance reporting, and program and product optimization
- 5+ years of experience with third-party data and first-party integrations
- Expert in the commercial healthcare industry with deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape and work with pharma, pharmacy, physician, payer and patient support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare/pharma analytics
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles
- Strong portfolio of healthcare reporting and optimization projects
- Experience with pharmacy, specialty pharmacy or hub services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Healthcare/Pharma certification
