Sr Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver expert-level analysis and insights that optimize our Diversified Services Programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in analyzing pharmacy and medical claims and will bring creativity and curiosity to mining, interpreting, and presenting data from various internal and external sources. This role plays a critical part in driving healthcare outcomes, enhancing service levels, and improving overall business performance. Candidates should be proficient in SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI and excel at synthesizing complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders. Experience in statistical modeling is a plus.

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis and Insights:
- Develop a deep understanding of organizational data to generate meaningful insights that support business objectives.
- Synthesize and analyze diverse datasets, with an emphasis on pharmacy and medical claims, financial, clinical, and operational data, to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis on complex datasets to uncover trends, test hypotheses, and support decision-making.
- Create and generate robust data reporting mechanisms to support identified recurring business needs
- Proactively identify emerging data needs and trends, creatively reporting to business stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Consultatively and Collaboratively , work with business teams to understand workflows, data processes, and business rules, ensuring the delivery of accurate and meaningful analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including client site leadership and operations teams, to address business challenges through data-driven solutions.
- Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations (e.g., slide decks) that communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leverage advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Data and Technology Expertise:
- Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL) to query, extract, and transform data efficiently.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports by applying comprehensive knowledge of data management principles and analytics best practices.

- Program Outcomes data (e.g., medication changes, recommendation dispositions)
Qualifications: - 5-7 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline).
- Previous experience in pharmacy or medical claims a plus
- Experience in statistical modeling is a plus
- SQL and Database Management Certifications are a plus
Skills + Abilities: - Expertise in analyzing pharmacy and medical claims data
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization
