Our client, a leading Global Technology Consulting and Services firm, is seeking multiple Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Alternative Investments, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in compliance systems and processes, with a focus on the following areas:
- Compliance Systems & Processes:
- Code of Ethics
- Financial Crimes / KYC
- Regulatory Reporting
- Control Room Operations
- Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in Asset Management (experience with Alternatives is preferred but not required).
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and define solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of compliance processes and systems.
- Ensure effective regulatory reporting and adherence to financial crimes and KYC regulations.
- Strong domain experience in Compliance systems and processes.
- Previous experience in the Asset Management industry, with a focus on Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Alternative Investments.
- Proven track record of delivering business analysis for complex projects.
