We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Senior Business Analyst. This position focuses on reporting and analytics, utilizing advanced tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements to develop effective reporting capabilities.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to create and maintain reports.
- Transform complex data sets into user-friendly interfaces and reports.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver insights.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for business processes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-sufficient in accessing and interpreting data.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and SQL.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and One Plan.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
