Office of the CEO
About the Role Corebridge Financial is looking to become the market-leading retirement and life insurance provider that is enabled by technology, driven by data and powered by our people, we will focus on three priorities - Grow, Optimize and Modernize.
The Senior Business Analyst role will support the Office of the CEO, Chief of Staff, that is responsible for supporting the CEO to carry out its duties effectively and efficiently. This role includes supporting the strategic initiatives and projects collaborating with critical shareholders, internal and external coordination of related communications and event management.
- Strategic Initiatives - Collaborate with the team on strategic initiatives and track the status through reporting.
- Project Management: Assist with projects and initiatives, budget reporting and ad-hoc projects/expenses.
- Data and Reporting: Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Story Telling: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Executive Leaders Conference and Meetings: plan and coordinate meetings for executive leaders
- In-Office Management: Provide administrative support on day-to-day operations (phones, mail, supply monitoring, printing, etc.)
- Calendar Management: manage logistics on calendar and scheduling meetings (finalizing and distributing meeting materials)
- Travel Management: manage travel arrangement (air & ground transportation, hotel, social events, expense reports, etc.)
- Collaboration: Establish strong relationships throughout the organization and partner with other EAs, IT Executive Support, Facilities, and team members
- Culture: Support employee engagement events and initiatives to drive a culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and inclusion
Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5 years of professional experience in the financial or insurance industry
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably at an executive level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, VISIO)
Compensation: For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $85,000 - 95,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location: This position is based in Corebridge Financials' Jersey City, New Jersey office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
