Job Description We are looking for a
Senior Business Analyst to work for our Cleveland based client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities - Design and implement enhanced tools and new functionalities to improve end-user workflows, system utilization, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards
- Obtain and identify project requirements from end-users and translate those into epics and user stories for the development team
- Manage story backlog to ensure the readiness of user stories for upcoming sprints
- Maintain requirements and other documentation in alignment with IT Department project management guidelines and standards
- Bridge the gap between IT and stakeholders to improve processes, products, and services through data analysis and requirements definition
- Perform user acceptance testing and ensure development is done based on the documented requirements
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Experience facilitating User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience navigating software development environments
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative abilities
- Excellent, clear, and concise communication skills
