Our client is looking for senior business analyst with at least five years of experience to support the implementation of technology initiatives. The position requires the ability to translate business details into requirements documentation and perform impact assessments. Experience with software development lifecycles, implementations, integrations, along with strong project and task management are essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate workshops with agency subject matter experts (SME's) to gather detailed business requirements.
  2. Document and maintain business requirements and process flows, where applicable, that can be used for implementation.
  3. Actively participate in the requirement discussions with third party vendors and review the functional and technical specifications with internal cross functional teams
  4. Liaise with third party vendors and agency SME's to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution,
  5. Identify, triage and solves project issues.
  6. Work with the various cross functional teams to address project issues and mitigate risk.
  7. Perform complex workflow analysis and identify gaps.
  8. Documents business process workflows and review them with cross functional SMEs for sign off
  9. Perform validation of the business and system processes along with the internal SMEs
  10. Work with the QA teams to clarify business requirements and assist in requirement to test scenario mapping
  11. Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of business analyst experience
  3. Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
  4. Experience with State Based Marketplaces preferred
  5. Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office 365, Excel and Visio
