About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support critical financial and operational initiatives. This role will be instrumental in capital budget development, financial reporting, and cost analysis to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, optimize processes, and provide insights that contribute to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support capital budget development for project portfolios.
- Analyze financial and non-financial data to assess past performance and project future results.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and prepare written and verbal explanations of financial results.
- Perform cost analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and present recommendations to leadership.
- Develop insightful reports and track key business metrics, monitoring cost drivers for areas of greatest impact.
- Generate monthly capital reports for senior leadership and provide strategic financial insights.
- Support staffing initiatives with modeling, analysis, and presentations.
- Create visual presentations (tables, charts, graphs) to summarize financial data and production metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, gather information, and resolve issues.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business needs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and audit practices.
- Advanced expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate proficiency in Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $72.16/hr.
