Act as a critical member of the Customer Identity team in IT. Support Insulets Identity platform with new projects, new functionality through business analysis and general IT support. Responsibilities include business process definition across the (link removed), Insulet ID, and the Okta platforms.
Perform complex business and systems analysis work including requirements gathering and user story creation in JIRA via information gathering sessions with stakeholders and technical staff. Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements working alongside the business and technical teams.
Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies: daily scrum, planning and grooming sessions, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Work with Product Owner for Customer Identity, developers, business process owners, contractors, business partners, and other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Global Customer Experience, Customer Care, Product Support, Field Sales, and other departments within IT to straddle the line between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Help improve processes.
Develop supporting documentation such as system requirement specifications, functional test scripts, process flows, mockups, system interface diagrams, and system validation.
Leading meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Communicate the status of enhancements and open production support tickets.
Develop comprehensive user acceptance test plans, coordinate test activities, lead UAT exercises and/or help execute test components.
Primary Level 4 support for Customer Identity issues in production environment.

This position is fixed based in Acton office; however, telecommuting from a home office may be allowed.

40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm
Five (5) years of experience as a business analyst. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Software quality assurance / Test engineering
- Translating business requirements into technical user stories for an engineering or development audience
- Analyzing customer issues and assisting engineering or development teams with root cause analysis
- Defining and testing applications against acceptance criteria

Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- Working in the medical device industry
- Writing or managing documentation in a regulated environment
- Identity Management platforms / applications
- Enterprise CRM systems
Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a directly related field
