Automation Engineer Prism is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. This role requires deep technical expertise in identity security and the management of Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory domains. You'll need strong PowerShell scripting abilities for script development and maintenance, and a solid background in systems integration. As an Automation Engineer, you'll be a key escalation point for maintaining One Identity/Quest Active Roles integration with various service offerings, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating closely with our Modernization and Enhancement team to significantly improve operating efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: PowerShell Scripting: Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop complex scripts used for automation and orchestration with business systems for provisioning/deprovisioning, Active Directory, and service management platform item configuration, as well as One Identity/Quest Active Roles group and user administration. Collaboration with Modernization Team: Provide technical expertise in modernization initiatives and work closely with other teams to define and implement system improvements. System Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including work instructions, infrastructure diagrams, and process documents, to ensure clarity and consistency in operations. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to internal leads and operations managers to ensure that systems integrations are performing as expected. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree plus nine (9) years of relevant experience. Background Check: Must be able to successfully complete a comprehensive background check. Technical Skills: Expertise in scripting and automation tools, specifically PowerShell. Proficiency with One Identity/Quest Active Roles, to control access and permissions with dynamic rules, extended and virtual attributes, group families, and automation policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory services (AD DS, AD FS, Group Policy, etc.). Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, Azure Cloud Shell, and IIS Site Management. Proficiency in leveraging API calls via PowerShell. Experience with system documentation and infrastructure management tools. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to communicate complex IT concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong team collaboration skills. Certifications (Preferred but not required): Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). Azure AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
