Applications Manager - Legal to join their team in
Riverside County, CA in a
Hybrid Setting.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the implementation and management of legal software applications.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide training and technical support to business teams.
- Develop processes and documentation to ensure efficient use of applications.
- Monitor and resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in software administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of legal software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
