Position Summary

Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team's success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include:
  • Administers the capacity planning plan, using historical data and trend patterns to effectively estimate team capacity for future key projects.
  • Analyzes and reviews product backlogs, sprint backlogs, and burn-down charts to gather key insights on productivity.
  • Applies in-depth knowledge of scrum processes to identify process improvement opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Communicates with teams in a collaborative environment and provides feedback to help team members excel.
  • Configures software for agile process facilitation to organize daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective meetings.
  • Coordinates internal retrospective meetings to guide teams in reflecting on lessons learned for completed projects.
  • Designs team training, mentoring, or coaching programs to improve the understanding and application of scrum principles.
  • Develops networking and collaboration opportunities to connect with scrum masters and agile practitioners to exchange experiences and share challenges.
  • Examines competencies needed for scrum projects and develops communication, facilitation, conflict resolution skills in team members.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of work experience
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$64,890.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
