It's what makes a Chilihead a Chilihead.Job SummaryThe Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst will support the day-to-day functions of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team, including analyzing financial results and variances, assisting with the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, managing G&A budgets and reporting, preparing presentation materials for key stakeholders, and providing support on ad hoc requests. Reports and analyses provided by this position will be used to make strategic business decisions.Key Job Functions Analyze financial results and perform relevant variance analysis comparing results to budget, forecast, and prior year(s) Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial forecasts, related analysis and variance reporting, and scenario/ sensitivity analysis Work closely with corporate office department leaders to create and manage G&A budgets, update forecasts and produce insightful reporting Assist in the coordination and management of the annual planning process Assist with preparation of routine and ad hoc presentations to leadership, board of directors and other audiences Support quarterly earnings call process and investor relations by providing relevant reporting on business results and trends Build new financial models to support the enhancement of existing Corporate FP&A processes Serve as a key contact within the Corporate FP&A team, completing special requests and providing recommendations that will be instrumental in making decisions to improve resultsWhat You Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required CPA, MBA or other certifications a plus 2-5 years of related work experience Strong understanding of the 3 financial statements and accounting Ability to create and maintain advanced financial models Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required Experience with Oracle SmartView or similar database tool is a plus Strong attention to detail and data quality control skills Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interface with all levels within the organization Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently; able to multi-task and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment Experience in the retail/hospitality industry and/or a public company environment preferredWhy Brinker Eat Free at Chili's Enjoy a complimentary dining card to Chili's and discount to Maggiano's.
