Sr Advanced Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Senior Advanced Software Engineer Scottsdale, AZ Contract Position $80.11-$85.11/Hour Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Responsibilities: Lead front-end GUI development on a rapid prototyping team, driving requirements analysis, development, integration, and defect resolution throughout the software lifecycle. Contribute to rapid prototype projects using C and QT graphical interface development tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of software components and systems. Apply agile methodologies in a fast-paced, results-oriented engineering environment. Support system integration and testing efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field required. Master's degree preferred. Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required. Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a master's degree. Strong experience with front-end and GUI development using C and QT. Experience in software development from concept through deployment and testing. Familiarity with Agile software development practices. Technical Skills: Expert in electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed-signal circuit analysis/design. Experience with schematic entry and signal/power integrity analysis using Mentor tools (Constraint Manager, HyperLynx SI/PI). Proficient in R&D processes, troubleshooting, and circuit card schematic analysis. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in architecture, component selection, and design strategies. Preferred Skills: Experience with rapid prototyping environments. Prior use of QT for graphic GUI design. Strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
