Our DOD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Sr Advanced Software Engineer position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. You will be a member of a rapid prototype engineering team responsible for GUI development from requirements analysis through, defect resolution, and integration & test. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering plus a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.

Job Title: Sr Advanced Software Engineer
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 3-4 months
Pay: $86.34/hour


Note: Due to the nature of work all candidates must be US Citizens.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Software Engineer, you'll be a member of a rapid prototype engineering team responsible for GUI development from requirements analysis through, defect resolution, and integration & test. Assignment is 3-4months starting ASAP.

• Front-end development, GUI development, C , QT Graphic GUI development tools.

Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.

• Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.

What sets you apart:

• Expert level understanding of electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design

• Ahead of technology trends with Research & Development (R&D) experience, as well as advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics

• Working knowledge of the Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry, constraint manager, HyperLynx SI/PI analysis

• Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects

• Team player committed to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
