Position Summary:The Sr. Administrative Assistant will support the Commercial Programs Group under U.S. Marketing, which manages various sales-related initiatives such as regional exhibits, on-campus HCP (healthcare professional) visits, valve clinic coordinator training programs, and imager education. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams. A proactive and organized professional with a positive and patient demeanor will thrive in this position.
Job Responsibilities: - Manage general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining record-keeping systems, and performing light bookkeeping.
- Draft and prepare various business documents, including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
- Organize and retrieve corporate records, reports, and documentation as needed.
- Review incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine relevance and appropriate distribution.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including preparing agendas and arranging internal and external sessions such as board and committee meetings.
- Provide support for program operation, including HCP visits, educational events, and regional exhibits.
- Process internal requests and documentation via computer-based systems.
- Interact with multiple team members across departments to assist with ongoing tasks and program coordination.

Experience Required: - 5 to 7 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Experience working directly with executives is highly preferred.
Education Required: A High school diploma or GED is required.
