The Sr Admin Support Spec for the School of Computer Science will perform administrative support-oriented job duties, that include but are not limited to resolving routine questions and problems, filing maintenance, scheduling appointments, reception, inventory management, typing, report preparation, and correspondence.
Job Duties: - Maintains confidential records.
- Schedules appointments and ensures admin details are completed.
- Helps with receptionist duties, refers calls, takes messages, initial contact for office, provides basic information.
- Preparing and responding to correspondence for the office.
- Supplies and inventory tracking/ordering.
- Document and report preparation.
- Copies and mail support.
- Events and meeting support.
- Travel arrangements.
- Assist payroll coordinator by providing oversight.
- Reviews and provides oversight for time sheets.
- Routing, tracking, and follow up on various forms/approval processes.
- Manage communication and membership issues for the School's Board of Advisors.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
